Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order or before the project starts.
• Send all cancellation requests to support@girus.in.

2. Refund Policy

• Services: Refunds depend on the stage of work completed.
• Products: Items must be unused and returned in original condition within 7 days.
• Non-refundable: Custom or digital services once initiated are non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
